So I had to share the brilliant response I received on Twiter, after 12 hours if my tweet:

You should have received the card already from Citi Bank, They would be the ones to reach @ 1-877-855-7201 *AG


And my reply to that:

I agree I should have. That's the issue! So, after reaching out to every single form of support you offer, you tell me to call someone else?

I'm very frustrated and don't feel like anyone cares one bit.

Does anyone in support learn anything about personal responsibility and serving the customer? Or is it all about hand-offs?

 

Yet another dead end of support.  I'll have to call this number in the morning.  Maybe, since it's a different company, I'll get more help but my confidence is very low at this point.  I'm really disappointed in the quality of service I've received so far.  Not one single person has acted like they cared about solving my problem and instead it's call here or contact there and "they" can help you.
