I have currently been with tmobile about 8 years. I have a family of 6 which 5 of the us have phone lines. My youngest child is now coming of age where I want her to have a cell phone and I was told that I can't have anymore voice lines but I could have an Internet line. I tried talking to the representative to try to explain my situation and also convey that I'd rather have a voice line instead. Does any one have any suggestions. I will say I tried the prepaid route but its too much chaos just to pay the bill. You would think since I've been a loyal customer so long they would trust me.....I'm so mad and sad!!!!
