Hi everyone,
I have a pre-paid account I haven't used in a few months. I wanted to add money to it and start using it again but am locked out of the account. When I try to log in, the system tells me that they do not recognize my number or password. When I try to reset my password, the system tells me that they dont recognize my number. I have my number and password saved in a password manager so I know it is correct.
I have contacted support via the FB Tmobile support page but is there anything I can other than to call into support management line? 1-877-778-2106
