I will simply stay away from T Mobile - thankfully im not a customer yet
If your company cannot send a package without messing up the address - I would hate to think how the service would be like.
I bet any bills would certainly be addressed correctly.
Can you please provide instructions on how I can return the phone and the 2 sim chips I purchased and get my refund? No futher information is needed any longer.
It seems in your company nobody has the authority to do anything to help a potential customer.
