I submitted reimbursement requests on two business lines that I transferred from AT&T to T-Mobile. Trade-ins were received for both lines, and new equipment was purchased. However, I just received a denial of my ETF submission apparently because my AT&T bill did not use the magic words Early Termination Fee but instead listed two "Wireless-One Time Charge"s for the two numbers that I transferred. I spoke with someone in T-Mobile's business customer service and was told I needed to resubmit the bill showing the ETFs (even though I explained to him that my final bill did not use those words to describe the charge). Really, T-Mobile, you're going to play games like this with new customers, when I can't control what wording AT&T uses on my bill? So far my experience with T-Mobile has been okay, but this makes me glad I'm not on any contract.
