It's really nice of you to look after these things for her. She will need to get in touch with us directly, by mail or by phone, to cancel the account, or it will cancel automatically when payments are not received. If the device is not paid for, eventually it will be locked and not usable. Did you want to pay the device balance and take over the phone?
