That's what I thought too. But after two different customer service reps they have come up with two requirements not listed.  The first was bad enough but then to be told that they would tell me the third requirement until a later date,  that let me know things aren't on the up and up.  I give up unlocking this phone,  will never recommend T-Mobile to anyone,  and will stick with service that works around here.
