Hello! I am writing here today because I am so confused about my bill! I got T-Mobile in July and since July I have been paying $46.70. I have an employee discount. My bill for Aug 21st - Sep 20th was $72.61. I thought it was odd but it told me on the bill and online "An Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) monthly charge was billed for the first time." I just paid it thinking it was a 1 month thing. Now my bill for Sep 21st - Oct 20th is $72.28. And this time it's telling me "This is not a charge; however, it is needed to ensure that the EIP additional payment you made is correctly deducted from your EIP balance."
Now, I remember making a $13.00 payment and thinking nothing off it. But do I need to re-pay this $13 if its not a charge? I went into a T-Mobile store and no help there... They told me my employee discount expired but it is applied on the bill. I guess lessened learned. Just to pay the bill and not make any additional payments hehe... Any help is appreciated
