Why can't you use live chat from their contact us page?
Is there any kind of physical damage to the phone? Anything cracked or broken?
If you are pressing on the back and it works, that indicates that there is something wrong with the hardware
You will either need to try chat again or call from another line or visit a store to have them send you a replacement phone in mail.
