I agree with you up until T Mobile not giving my number back. I carried the
number over from AT&T.
That has been my number for several years now.
I agree with you until T mobile tells me that I cannot keep my number that
I brought over from AT&T.
T Mobile was in the clear until they told me I could not take my number
back that I brought over from AT&T, That then makes T mobile have the ball
in there court. Everything then stops and it is now T mobile.
Remember only 1 week has gone by and T mobile is saying they have had my
AT&T number for a week and now cannot release it.
BTW my wife spent some time on the phone today with T Mobile and they have
given us my number back and have agreed to release my number back.
Also the loaner phone cost me 55 dollars a month to rent. Also the loaner
phone does not even work half the time, Just today I missed 3 calls from T
Mobile because I could not get the phone to turn on to take the call.
You think I enjoy spending nearly 100 dollars a month for a loaner phone
that does not even work.
I'm sure T Mobile is a good carrier and probably 99% of there customers are
just happy as can be but for some odd reason I am the Good Dolphin
unfortunately caught in the Tuna net.
I also would not be so bent out of shape if the T mobile lady would not
have told me that my iphone would be working within 2 to 3 hours .
This is there area of expertise not mine, so when the T mobile rep I am
speaking to in person is telling me my phone will be on and working in 2 or
3 hours I trust that. So when handing over hard cash money she tells me my
phone will be working in 2 to 3 hours I trust that is accurate. Well here I
am 1 WEEK later and the F-ing thing still does not work.
So far everyone wants to just run there mouth and not resolve anything.
Again until this happens to you Please shut the F up. You have no idea
whats going on. These carriers have been telling us absolute lies. That is
all there is to it.
Lie after lie take my money then more lies.
