Customer service called me back last week, finally, and said they will give me a refund. But i was still not certain about it, so I contacted them again through online chat, the customer rep confirmed that i will be getting a refund. So i went out and bought a new note 4 the following day, and i love my new phone. Anyway, i did online chat again today and was told they finally finished the investigation and confirmed that the device had not been received, and i will get my refund business day from today, so i am keeping my fingers crossed on this one.
