Sat OCT the 25th 2014 I went to t mobile Collin Creek Mall Plano, Texas with a working iphone 4 with my wife to switch from At&t to t mobile.
They told us my phone would be working with t mobile in 2 to 3 hours. We went back to the location and they told us that we would need to get a release code from AT&T. We did this.
Here I am 1 week later and still the phone does not work. I spent 5 hours on Monday at North Park Mall in Dallas where T mobile,Apple and AT&T have locations on the 27th of OCT going from Apple to T mobile to AT&T all for nothing.
AT&T has sent me emails saying the phone is unlocked, Apple has spent hours restoring the phone, So Thursday the 30th I went back to t mobile and told them I just wanted to cancel the service if the phone was not going to work with t mobile. They then told me if I did that I would lose my cell phone number. Then they offered me a loaner phone.
No one had a loaner phone and the girl working with me took a personnel phone call and just walked in the back then another person picked up and found me a loaner phone. I drove across town to get a loaner phone.
The loaner phone cost me 55 dollars and does not even work half the time, they loaned me a windows 8 lumia 521 phone, Yes about a 20 dollar 80s technology phone, I cannot surf the net with the phone and it does not even turn on half the time.
At this point I just want to go back to AT&T and take my phone number with me, My phone number is connected to a semi trucking company that I started and is connected to my D.O.T. numbers and M.C. number, this was several thousand dollars to get these number and have them associated with my Carrier numbers.
Now T mobile is holding my cell phone number hostage.
Anyone have any advice or know of a attorney? We are considering going to the local news stations here in Dallas with this, only because T mobile is showing zero concern.
