Just got disconnected after waiting 20 minutes for THE THIRD TIME TODAY, so I thought I would try here. My phone won't unlock. Yes I've followed the instructions. Yes I have restored my phone (4 times, one of which was with a supervisor before i got disconnected). Yes I got the e-mail and its been well over 72 hours. I AM CURRENTLY IN THE BAHAMAS NANNYING 3 CHILDREN. THE SALES PERSON SAID THE PHONE WOULD BE UNLOCKED AND I WOULD HAVE "NO ISSUES" USING IT IN THE BAHAMAS. WHEN I FIRST CALLED LAST SATURDAY THE CUSTOMER AGENT ASSURED ME MY PHONE WOULD BE UNLOCKED BY SUNDAY AS I STARTED NANNYING LAST MONDAY. IT IS NOW THURSDAY AND NOTHING!!! I am sick of calling, waiting 20 minutes just to get disconnected. I am tired of the CSR trying to walk me through the steps I can clearly read and have tried a million times. Obviously there is an issue and it needs to be resolved NOW! Any help would be appreciated. Oh BTW Tmobile you owe my $80 so far since I have had to rent a phone seeing as I have 3 lives I am accountable for and need a phone. I AM SO FRUSTRATED.
