if your CC got charged but the tool and status on your account have NOT been updated, I would recommend checking if you have a package coming on the UPS website. my status and tool checker haven't been updated and my account status still says back ordered as of 10/24 but my phone is scheduled to arrive on Thursday because T-Mobile wasnt able to change it to overnight even though they messed up my order multiple times and have not refunded me for the first charge. good luck everyone. shipment just arrived yesterday in Kentucky or whatever.
