Re: What's the point to this.....

you have a valid point, also  if someone started a thread as Squeekster said and can't come back or forgot he asked a question, this might indicate that the person was really busy or the issue he's complaining about is not that bad to the point that would make him persistent, but there's another problem to what I call it the T-Force  weekend 36 hours assumed answered spree, is that someone might start a thread and might not come back in time to repost but in lots and lots of threads you're gonna find other customers started to share their complaints about the same issue and it doesn't matter how many they are or how many times they keep posting, the T-Force ignores all of them and just gets focused on the first one who started the discussion!!!!!!, well is it better to discuss the same complaint under one thread, or every customer needs to start his own and just flood the forum with the same issues, well I do believe discussing the same issue under one thread is more helpful and convenient even for the other customers that want to help, you can't answer the same question on several threads discussing the same issue it's boring and exhausting, unless the 36 hours assumed answered thing makes the forum looks better and seems like everything is great and all the problems are being solved when lots of them are actually not.

BTW since I get all that stuff in my inbox, I woke up last Sunday morning to find 40 emails all of the them of the 36 hrs thing of course related to threads I participated in, imagine if someone shares in every thread or may be just liked a comment and started receiving the updates lol I believe this person will wake up on a Sunday morning to find his phone melted from the 36 hrs  LOADS of emails
