The honest truth is that there is no organization. Think of it this way, even if apple does not provide info on when they will be sending more devices to Tmobile, Tmobile should know which ones will be sent out next and be able to tell customers where they fall in the shipping category. If i know that I fall in the next 500 to be sent out, i know my only worry would be that Apple provide 600 so that way I am guaranteed a spot in the next shipment. Little info like this can be a great relief to tension already added with the unnecessary First Come First Serve lie.
