What's so funny about this is that my much older phone Samsung SGH-T679 (Android single core processor) for trade-in value is actually $3 more than the much newer Nokia 521 (dual core processor).
Also, the fact that many airlines, banks, etc, i.e. most major companies out there don't even support the Windows Phone at all with a single App for it, and sadly I will NOT be buying another Windows Phone due to the sheer lack of Apps available. Why? with no apparent support from major business out there with only Apps for Android / iPhone, and so I will be be buying either one of those types of phones very soon and tossing my Nokia 521 as the trade-in value for it now is only $5 in good working condition which is pathetic knowing that Samsung Android phones actually hold value better!
I may even go for a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 because it out specs all the competition, and it's reputed to be able to recharge from zero to 50% in 30mins....which is amazing especially good if you're busy or not wanting to wait long before be able to use it again!
I HOPE T-MOBILE SUPPORT READS THIS TOO BECAUSE I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SHEER LACK OF SUPPORTING CURRENT USERS WHILE DEFINITELY TRYING TO PUSH THEM TO SWITCH PHONES EXCEPT ALL YOU'RE DOING IS MAKING THEM SWITCH PROVIDERS THAT DO KEEP THEIR PHONES' SOFTWARE UP TO DATE...!
