I used to have a Galaxy S and atleast once a day, my internet would just dissappear and so would my normal service and I thought it was the phone, so I switched and got a Galaxy S4 and I just got it today, but it is already doing the exact same thing and I need to know why I keep having this problem.
I got a new sim card too, so I know its not the phone or sim card. Ive called customer service but they say they don't know whats wrong or how to help me.
Its making me very mad and im considering switching phone companys.
