Re: free shipping and activation, but.... BEWARE

Hi Drew,

 

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, obviously, UPS ground. My beef is that we've been without our phones for 6 days. If I had known the existing services would be shut off before I activated my new equipment I would have gone to a store, or asked for overnight shipping. I think you should be clear and upfront with new customers about the possibility of this happening... right now you only caution "on not cancelling existing service until new phones are activated"... which is not even an issue it seems.

 

Seems reasonable, no?
