I have been with t-mobile for more than 8 years. Today my cell phone service was canceled due to the account being short paid by $12.00. I understand the suspension is automated but my mother who is the primary user could not make an emergency phone call while out of town when her car broke down. This was very upsetting however when we called customer service I went through 2 specialist before the third offer a mere 30.00 credit towards our next bill. In the 8 years of being with t-mobile, I have never experienced anything like this or late/non paid my account. To suspend the account was one thing, to offer a long time customer $30.00 was a slap in the face for the inconvenience it caused my mother. We canceled our account through October and will now have to find a more customer friendly and more reliable cell phone provider. It's too bad because we feel that our loyalty to T-mobile was over looked and we realized that WE are just a number to them and our 8 year relationship was worth a simple $30.00 credit. I hope no one else has to deal with the inconveniences and poor customer service we had to experience today.
