Well my order was cancelled after per-ordering on launch day. The reason they gave was no signed EIP. I explained I am looking at the signed copy of the EIP and the rep argued that was impossible. After talking to her for 30 minutes she transferred me to the wrong department. I believe it was just to get rid of me. Once I finally got back to the original department I was told I would have to reorder. Needless to say I filed a complaint against her simply because that was her actions were completely unprofessional.
