There were rumors but nothing has been officially announced. Even if you are able to upgrade via JUMP at an Apple store, the likelihood of a 64GB device being available on launch day are slim to none In my opinion. I upgraded via JUMP early yesterday by phone and my order says back ordered. I want to get the phone as soon as possible, but I'm comfortable with the fact that I ordered as soon as possible and it'll get here when it gets here.
