I didn't do anything special. Maybe I talked to the right person, maybe I didn't. There's still a little skepticism on my end regarding whether or not my order went through successfully and when I'll actually get the phone and if it will be the right one. That being said, the phone representative was very friendly and helpful, but I imagine they can't just keep taking orders all day or people will start having to wait 3-4 hours on hold.
