The latest ticket I was quoted a couple days turnaround for a response / resolution. This should have been resolved from earlier this month. I know 9/1 is holiday so from what was told to me was sometime next week which I took as Tuesday or sometime this week. I just find this hard to believe no one has experienced this. Maybe no one went into those settings. I am just confused how this error comes up and phone is functional with no problems. Sim card was changed so it is not that. I don't know how far it has been escalated the 2nd time, but the 1st time it was pushed up to Business Solutions, but I never spoke with them and they were supposed to call me within a week. I ended up calling Tech Support and they were still working on it. I did not hear anything further and had no messages from them. I ended up calling them again this past week and old ticket lost.
