Re "We'll want to replace this..."

 

Please define "we".

 

I called my local T-Mobile store to get this "processed", and they told me that they have nothing to do with the process. They told me to contact Samsung directly. So I did contact Samsung, And Samsung wants me to send the phone away for three weeks. I don't think that's gonna work for me.
