Hi, Could you please check my account number. It was an account for me and my husband without contract. We paid $80 deposit for it . We canceled the account on July 4th. We've been told we'll receive $80 refund deduct the portion of the monthly bill before July 4th(July 4th is not the closing date) .
Surprisingly, we didn't receive a refund but we received another bill with the monthly bill closed for July 5th to Aug 4th plus late payment....We have the previous T-mobile numbers transferred to another carrier. I have the bill of the new carrier showing that the two numbers are transferred since July 4th.
I have no idea why I'm charged for July5th-Aug4th. My number already under another carrier and I paid them already. Please help me cancel the bill. Thank you.
