We appreciate you for emailing so that we could further review the account, however because the old Pay as You Go offer was grandfathered we're not able to restore the rate plan. Your current expiration date for the minutes will remain in place, future refills will have an expiration date of 90 days or will fall under the current expiration date, whichever is longer.
