you're welcome but I had the NF1 baseband, and I was able to make VoLTE calls since I perform all the updates using KIES so for sure I got that VoLTE update meant for WA earlier, and I still received the 188 mb file on 2 phones, what you said makes sense but evidently it didn't work right, can you explain?
