Tonight I called tmobile in the us once again. This was the fifth time I think. The agent solved the problem. I asked him what he had done to let you know and here is what he told me:
John S: Sure. I just had to change the roaming/calling service to international roaming and that's it.
You: On my phone?
John S: It's currently set to default which may have caused the connection problem. I'm really sorry if you've had to contact us several times to get this fixed. I'll notate the account with the steps we have taken to make sure that our next representative will be aware of it.
John S: It's directly from your line's network settings which we access on our end.
John S: It's a bit technical.
John S: I'm really really glad it's working now. Thank you for giving me chance
