This post does indeed have some good advice. I really wish I had seen it before my horrible experience with T Mobile in Japan. It took me days and literally hours spent on hold to get things straightened out. It was frustrating in the extreme!
My best advice to international travelers is to make sure you have the Simple Choice plan in place before you leave.
