Update the coverage map

I have been in contact with the technical support department at least once a month for the last year regarding this issue. The coverage map for my area claims to have "great coverage" (4G) in pretty much every area within a 50 mile radius of my house. However, no such coverage exists. I have 4G coverage at my house, but like the majority of americans, I have wifi at my house. If I go 1/2 mile to the east, 1/2 mile to the south, 5 miles north, 5 miles west I am stuck with unusable 2G. When I say unusable, I mean UNUSABLE!!! I have never seen 2G speeds above 0.05Mbps...ever. Web pages time out. Emails will not load. I receive zero notifications. Streaming music or video is, of course, out of the question. It is 100% unusable. I have no faith that this will change anytime soon for several reasons. First off, your coverage maps claim that these dead zones are already 4G capable and supply great coverage. Second, I recently found out (after talking to one of the engineers that provide support through r/tmobile on reddit) that the reason why the towers in my area have not been upgraded is because of the nesting osprey that live on your towers. Well, where I live the osprey nest year round. There is no annual migration. They are here to stay. Meanwhile, Verizon, AT&T, & Sprint all have LTE in my area & have for over a year. I've come to the realization that nothing is ever going to be done (as far as upgrading the towers go) as long as T-mobile is using nesting osprey as an excuse. Like I mentioned earlier, the osprey are not going anywhere and they're not going to suddenly become extinct. My request is that T-moblile simply updates their coverage maps. They are not even close to being correct and T-mobile has been aware of this issue for over a year now (that I am sure of but probably much longer). UPDATE THE MAPS! UPDATE THE MAPS! UPDATE THE MAPS! UPDATE THE MAPS! Honestly, what do I need to do just to get T-mobile to *do the right thing*? What? Every time I leave the house I'm infuriated when I look down at my phone (which I have paid for 5GB/month for over a year now) & have to look at that 2G signal which basically means that my $800 phone is nothing more than a dumb phone to be used only for making phone calls. The only reason that I can explain for sticking with T-mobile for this long is because I like what they're doing to shake up the other services. I typically appreciate the courtesy of customer support. Everyone I speak to seems to be genuinely concerned but nothing has ever been done to alleviate my problems. Every time I am assured that a support ticket has been sent & my complaint will be addressed but NOTHING has ever actually been done. Is there anyone who will ACTUALLY help me? I do not need another support ticket. I NEED the coverage maps to be updated so that I can accurately assess where (& and where I can't) use my phone. I don't need this next month or next year. I needed this last year when I signed up and I want it NOW! What do I have to do? Please tell me. My patience is wearing very, very thin. Everyone that I personally know that uses T-mobile in my area has already switched or is about to. I need an ETA...not a support ticket. Something needs to be done now. If you don't have an immediate solution, please don't bother with a reply. I'm sick of all the hot air. I'm not really sure if this is the right place for this post but Tforce will not let me register an account (???) & nobody else has attempted to actually solve this problem.
