Seems like you have a tough decision to make here! T-Mobile constantly is upgrading it's network, which can be confirmed by many users other then me. Although, it's only in certain areas. Where you say:

T-Mobile is close to zero.

What was the coverage? Edge? LTE? If it was something just like 4G, but with weak signal, it's possible to get a Cel-Fi booster from T-Mobile at no charge to you (Maybe just shipping). T-Mobile has a goal of upgrading 50% of its 2G/EDGE to 4G/LTE by Mid 2015, so you will probably see improvement somewhere. As for expansion into areas they don't currently cover, who knows. I've asked before in the past and they can't tell whether they will expand- only if towers are being updated/upgraded. At this point, I'd suggest you fill out the T-Mobile TakeAction form...but it seems their website is being edited. I wonder what they're going to change! I'll include the link in the Resources for you If you do get to fill out the form, they are actually read, so fill it out thoughtfully! Whether your deadline of 3 months can be met...highly doubt it but you may start seeing improvements in places soon! I think they'll welcome you warmly- especially since you're with ATT right now. Let me know how this ends!

Please respond with any questions/comments!
