You have the ability to add Content Blocker with T-Mobile. This a free service that we offer. If you have this service on your account, you'll have to pay with your card and don't have the option to have it charged to your account. Downloads can also not be charged to your account if you have a prepaid account. If you have a postpaid account, you have the option to have this removed and have the application/download charged to your T-Mobile account. We set up a requirement to opt in twice to purchase content to help protect against accidental purchases.
