Hello everyone who reads this. I have pampered and coddled my 20 month old S3. Kept her in a gorilla case, never dropped her, no moisture, turned her off each night to rest and update...Here's the issue:
The phone will not turn on or boot up. My hubby and daughter have the same phone, so we tried switching batteries, etc...no luck.
It is DEAD...can't retrieve anything...contacts, pictures, etc.
Anyone else have this issue? TMOBILE store indicates that unless the phone can be booted up, there is no way to troubleshoot the issue and find out what happened...Any suggestions?
