Yes, I am. I explained what happened to me to every representative . But, all of them just said in their system I wasn't eligible to get the ETF because I didn't port that ATT number in. They don't care who caused the problem, they just focus on the result that I didn't port in when I switched to tmobile. Do you know anybody from tmobile who I could contact? I just try to get help. Otherwise, I'll call DCA to complain tmobile. I know it doesn't work often, but I would keep complaining this company.
