I've seen that this problem is all but viral but has there ever been a fix reported? Galaxy S4......can send photo to myself on Wifi or TMO network but not to anyone else on T-Mobile. Cannot receive from anyone else either. APN settings double checked and all are correct, done all the standard restart, battery removal, etc. Has anything ever been done to resolve this unusable service that we are paying for? If you have ever called for assistance even once you fully realize why I don't want to do that. Sent picture to AT&T customer and they received it!!!!! Any insight?
