Deleting my balance account

Hi,

I checked my balance account and I realized the $50 I refilled have been deteted. I did not use my number for one year. I'm no more in California, I planned to come back on April 2015.

I excepted to use my number again next year.

PS: I posted the same question 2 weeks ago but there is a 36 hours limit and I had no time to check my mails.

Could you give me support?
