Same issue here as well. For me, it started after I made the carrier update. So wishing I hadn't now. I am missing so many group texts and am very infuriated now. T-Mobile should have posted this issue on their site to inform those customers with the IPhone 5s so we're not running around trying to figure it out on our own. It only added to my anger over this issue. Are other IPhone models having the same problem? If it's only the 5s and this isn't resolved quickly (as in the next week), then T-mobile should honor a trade-in for a different model or different phone.
