When I was connected to Wi-Fi my phone would do the "Calls over Wi-Fi". I noticed this would delay my text messages from being received. After I turned the feature off my texts resumed and were more accurate. That seemed to solve my issue but at some points when I have excellent signal and I go into a large building the signal is lost and I have had to restart phone when I go outside. This doesn't always happen (restarting my phone), I only do this when I cant find a signal after I exit the building but I had one before.
