Network connection drops all the time...

I have had this problem for more than 4 months with 4 different phones (two SGS4's and two SGS5's). I would do something with my phone that requires a connection; like listening to music, watching videos, playing games, talking, etc... and then everything stops due to connection lost. When I look at my phone's signal, it has full bars, which is a 4G LTE connection at home, and I see that my phone is sending data, but not receiving anything from the network. To fix the connection problem, I would have to either restart the phone, or toggle airplane mode on and off. This problem happens everyday and does not only happen exclusively at home, it happens everywhere.

I called 611 for T-Mobile support and they said that the tower near my home is being "Modernized". I then asked about the other locations that I have been to and apparently all the places I go are being "Modernized" too. I proceeded to bear with the connection problems for another month, thinking the towers won't take long to be "Modernized", but my network connection is still dropping with full signals everyday.

Very frustrating, especially when I am expecting a phone call, but receive a voice mail an hour after the person called, with my phone sitting in one place the whole time. I know I can receive data, since it abruptly stops when I am using it.

I have ran out of ideas, I checked the SIM cards to make sure they are sitting in place, restarted the phones, factory reset the phones, replaced the phones, and called customer support. Nothing works, it could just be T-Mobile's network.

Anyone have the same problem and fixed it?
