Re: horrible customer service and bad business ethics

My call forwarding stopped working, which means calls get dropped instead of forwarding to voicemail and I have been calling them for 3 months to fix it and I have to explain everything over and over to every single idiot support rep I get and they all can't figure out why my forwarding stopped working and they "escelate it to an engineer and call me back" they have not called me back once. They are ignoring me because the idiot tech support department gets confused and doesn't understand why it won't work.

 

So I'm sitting here, about to pay for month 4 of incomplete voice service at full price. Why? Because I'm an idiot for thinking T-Mobile would fix it, or even call me back.
