horrible customer service and bad business ethics

Once again I'M NOT HAPPY WITH T-MOBILE looks like I will be cancelling your service after 13 years I'm sick and tired of poor customer service,rude agents!!,agents that say they will call you back and don't and having a phone that doesn't work! you've replaced it and the replacement has problems the store refuses to replace the replacement  I've spent many hours on the phone and get nowhere!! I go to the retail store and the agents don't listen to a word I say they space off and stare at the ceiling and tell me they cant help and that I get a better deal then employees. What happened to customer service??  To top all of that off tonight(not the first time)my phone had no service I could not call or text or receive calls I was told my phone was saying no longer in service when people called my phone. but my data(internet)still worked what the ......???  I'm not happy about this one but I dread calling customer service to waste yet more of my time.  I have also been in need of a new phone for a couple years now since the phone I bought from you was replaced by the newer model less then a week after I bought it.  I like most people can not afford $600 for a phone let alone an extra $27 a month on a bill for 2 years you say over and over no contract but really there is a contract......loan how ever you want to phrase it. I've been with you guys I repeat for 13 years and you would think you would want to keep a customer that has been with you for that long but nope T-Mobile doesn't care about keeping customers!! I will be switching to a new cell phone company that appreciates there customers and makes sure the phones and service they provide work!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND T-Mobile AND WILL ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE T-Mobile  unless you want to waste your time on the phone with rude customer service agents that do nothing to help   you will pay way to much for phone that wont work in few months because it has issues and T-Mobile will send you a replacement phone(used one cleaned and reboxed  even thou you paid lots $ on a new one) that will have more issues then previous phone you had  or T-Mobile doesn't update or let you know there is software updates for your phone.   but they will tell you its not there responsibility!    or if you are so lucky you get updates they will stop coming once a new phone model is out there for making you get a new phone for it to work

if you like being treated poorly for a service you pay for T-Mobile is for you!!
