Ok, so this is what the problem is. This is a big problem.
Apparently the order is not showing on my account. The order number isn't attached to this account, which is weird because it shows the right account number on the order.
So I have a problem. My number has been ported in. I'm on the clock to send the device back. But since my payment isn't being referenced to the right account number it shows that I owe the deposit again which I am told that after 24 hours of showing a deposit, my service will be terminated.
So what do I do? Everybody says they cannot help me. The rep at a T-Mobile store (Corporate) told me to send the phone back and purchase a new phone off them to get it done right. The problem? I don't have an extra $500 to do it all again and wait for a refund.
What can I do? This is a huge cluster f***.
I should've taken the 2 wrong orders over the phone as a clue that I shouldn't have signed up with T-Mobile. Now it's too late, I have my ETF coming from Sprint and it looks like I may lose our phone numbers in the process.
Help please. Phone customer service and store customer service hasn't been able to help me.
