I was with t-mobile for almost 12 months $100 simple choice plan and left on April 4th due to one of my kid relocated to area where there is sparse or let's say no t-mobile service. So, now I am with AT&T $160 NO contract, bring your own device family value plan. In my experience, t-mobile has the best(low Cost= $100, Value=no data overage and Flexibility= terminate when you like) NO contract plan among all 4 cell carriers. Now. if you want to add device cost and compare total value than smplyunprdctble's scenarios comparing t-mobile and sprint seems right. I am not sure if rklatt07 likes and seems with Sprint plus not happy with t-mobile than why he is wasting his valuable time here on t-mobile forums ?
This forums meant to help uninformed customers to educate to make right decision when switching to t-mobile and not blame company or even oneself.
In my opinion, all cell carriers in USA should separate their cell plan from the device offerings like rest of the world. Than it is easier to compare the total cost/value and than decide to switch or not based on the quality of service/coverage in area of your daily need(Home,Work,kids school).
