I couldnt sleep because I just bought a new iphone with plan from tmobile earlier tonight( about 4 hours ago) and I think that the phone they sold me might have been "used" or " displayed", etc. The sales rep claimed that she just opened it when I asked her why it was not sealed and I believed her. When I arrived home and started getting to know the phone I noticed scratch marks all over the plastic protectant cover. I am planning to go back tomorrow and ask for an unboxed iphone. What do you think folks? I lifted the protectant plastic film cover and the phone doesnt have any marks. When I replaced back the plastic cover on both sides, it trapped air bubbles. I am determined to go as far as I should..even taking her to court or asking her to take a lie detector test if she denies it...lol...It is an expensive phone!
