AFter a long day, I made a mistake by stopping by to buy a new plan and new iphone at tmobile. To make things short, the lady took out the phone for me and started working on it. I do not remember her unboxing it like any new apple product...When I asked her she said she just took it out from the box and that it was new. Guess what! After 2 hours I arrived home and started getting to know the phone when I noticed scratch marks at the back. My heart almost leaped out but to my relief when I lift the plastic protectant, the marks were only on the cover. I am so glad but in the first place why would t mobile give an open or previously displayed or used phone to a customer. It has been around two and half hours since I bought this phone but I am livid right now! I Will go tomorrow morning and see what they would say...It is my $650!! I am so upset. I hope this ends well because I kind of removed the plastic covers to see if there were any more marks and it created bubble when I returned
