This was the original email I sent:
I just got a letter dated 3/27 that you denied my ETF reimbursement...again! This is for the tracking number: NZNG-2175-7602.
What is going on? I had explained this to you guys in extensive detail only just a week ago and received an email on 3/25 saying my reimbusement was approved. And now it's denied again??
This is the email I got on 3/25:
