I'm having this exact same issue and have been for weeks! No resetting works. Nothing that I've googled online has worked. I've seen lots of people have this issue and T-mobile tends to just offer to replace the phone with a used one and the problem still persists. This makes me think it's an issue with the most recent update. But i'm no expert. Hopefully it will be fixed soon because I cannot make any calls when i'm at work until wifi calling is back!
