Re: Permitted an unauthorized user to add new Iphone to my account! Then store rep hung up the phone on me...please help where to file a complaint.

What I was trying to imply regarding the phone that was allowed to be put on my account fraudulently was that it would take some sort of felony on my part to get the phone back from the person that put it on there as they no longer work for my business and as you can imagine getting an iPhone back from a 25-year-old girl is no easy feat, so I was really making a joke about the improbability of me retrieving the device to return to the store without basically holding her at gunpoint to get it back.  You are correct though that it would normally be a felony on her part for putting it on our account, however, she is an extended family member that was also an employee so really the only recourse I have is to not pay her, and try to get her to pay me back some of the funds.  Really the point is that T-Mobile should not put any customer and this situation, to have to go file a police report and create a bad situation with someone when in the beginning they should never have been allowed to purchase a device on an account they were not authorized access to from the beginning.
