I called the number and followed the steps you provided (thank you by the way) and I spoke with a rep that was actually really nice.  She pulled up the claim and informed me that they are waiting on the department that handles the devices I traded in to confirm that everything is okay.  Kind of weird for it to take that long to approve the devices I traded in since I it was back in mid January... even before I submitted the claim.
